Return, Exchange & Partial Payment Policy
At X Edition, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Policy
We offer an easy exchange within 5 days of delivery for size-related issues. Exchange and replacement requests are also accepted in case the product received is defective or damaged.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Products failing the quality check process will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
Size Exchange Charges
For size exchanges, a nominal shipping and handling charge will be applicable. The exchange will be processed only after the applicable exchange fee is paid.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Free Exchange (No Charges)
If you receive an incorrect product and report it within 3 days of delivery, the exchange will be processed at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or replacements are applicable as per our policy.
Partial Payment / Advance Booking Policy
For orders placed using the partial payment option, the advance amount paid at the time of placing the order is strictly non-refundable.
If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, does not respond to the delivery partner, refuses to accept the order, provides an incorrect or incomplete address, or the shipment is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) due to customer-related reasons, the advance amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
Any order that is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer-related reasons — including but not limited to incorrect or incomplete address details, customer unavailability during delivery attempts, refusal to accept the shipment, or non-response to the courier partner — will be considered a customer-initiated return.
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the applicable shipping charges for both forward and return logistics.

Slight color variation due to screen resolution and lighting may not be considered a defect.

Customized products (if applicable) are not eligible for exchange.

Products purchased during sale or offer periods may not be eligible for exchange.
