Shipping policy

At X Edition, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Domestic Shipping

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

International Shipping

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post only.

Order Dispatch

All orders are processed and handed over to the courier partner within 24 hours of order placement, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Disclaimer

X Edition is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. We only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier partner within the stated dispatch window. Any delays thereafter are subject to courier company / post office norms and are beyond our control. However, we will actively assist and follow up on your concern to ensure resolution as quickly as possible.

Delivery Address

 Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email ID specified during registration.

• Slight delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances are possible.
• Customized or made-to-order products may have separate dispatch timelines, communicated at the time of order confirmation.
